Анотація:
The model of the system is re-emitted in the form of electrical vibration, parallel to the input terminals of which includes a non-linear element, modulates reradiated wave in accordance with the law changes modulating the voltage applied to this nonlinear element.
As a non-linear element, in the first case, a semiconductor diode, a model of which is the non-linear resistor, the second - variable-capacitance diode, which is a simplified model of the nonlinear capacitance. Availability of the nonlinear element, generally leads to the appearance of the vibrator harmonic currents incident waves, resulting in emission at multiple frequencies modulated signals.
The task of analysis is the determination of the main currents and harmonic oscillator, allowing to calculate the parameters of the modulation of both the first and higher harmonics, as well as the average amplitude of the field strength at the receiving end of each of the harmonics.
To perform the analysis, a model in the form of the vibrator circuit. This model is valid to a first approximation, both for primary and for harmonic current vibrator. Thus, the electrodynamic problem is reduced to the analysis of a nonlinear circuit, the decision to be executed with the use of a PC.
